Terms and conditions
These terms define the elements of participation in this giveaway and are considered binding on both sponsor and entrant.
No purchase or use of our services is required to enter or win this free giveaway. Entry is free via online form with relevant fields filled out.
Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to:
Legal employees of businesses located within the United States of America.
Minimum age of 18.
Only one entry per business will be accepted. If more than one entry per business is received, the sponsoring company reserves the right to discard additional entries before the prize winner is drawn.
Current clients of Nehmedia are not eligible to enter this draw. Employees of the sponsoring company, or their family members, are not eligible to enter this draw. The sponsor of the promotion is Pet Resort Marketing, a brand of Nehmedia, Inc. of 9600 Great Hills Trail, Ste 150W, Austin TX 78759.
Winner
The winner will be drawn from entries received within 10 business days of this offer closing on November 11, 2022. There will only be one winner. The winner will be drawn at random by a third party who is unaffiliated with Pet Resort Marketing, or Nehmedia, Inc. on or before November 24. All participants will be notified of the winner.
Timeframe
The free digital marketing audit won as a result of this promotion must be claimed within six months of being notified, although the process of the digital marketing audit may go beyond that time frame but not beyond November 11, 2023. If the winner does not respond to notification of having won by July 1, 2023, the prize will become invalid.

The prize being offered is no less than the following:
Website Profile Overview– A general overview of your current website’s architecture and presence.
Local Market Analysis – Visibility analysis vs local business competitors as well as national competitors (Rover.com, Dog Vacay, Pet Smart, etc.) in your area.
Technical Website SEO review – Analysis of on-page SEO elements compared to current best practices.
Inbound Link Profile Analysis – Analysis of current inbound link profile and distribution.
Local Search Analysis – Review and analysis of the local search ecosystem for your business including your website, Google My Business profile, Google Maps, Yelp, Facebook and others.
Website User Experience Analysis – Analysis of the User Experience on your website based on the data and knowledge we’ve gained in from nearly 10 years of experience working with pet resort businesses.
Recommendations – Throughout we will provide recommendations for improvements based on current pet resort industry best practices.
Process – Typical turnaround time for the audit is 2 to 3 weeks. The audit is presented via Zoom meeting in a PowerPoint format typically over a 2-hour period. You’ll get a full copy of the presentation with recommendations and can use them as you wish. You are under no obligation to use any of our services.
Liability
The winner of this promotion agrees to sign liability and publicity releases. The publicity release allows Pet Resort Marketing or Nehmedia, Inc. to use, display, and publish the winner's identity, including their name and photo, in promotional materials related to the giveaway. Furthermore, the winner agrees to release Pet Resort Marketing or Nehmedia, Inc. and its employees, from all liability for taxes, claims, demands, or losses related to the promotional giveaway or prize.
Privacy
This promotion is an advertisement for Pet Resort Marketing and Nehmedia, Inc., and is being identified as such. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to being contacted by Pet Resort Marketing and/or Nehmedia, Inc. Personal information collected during the giveaway will be subject to all relevant privacy laws and no information will be sold or distributed outside of the sponsoring company. Once a winner has been chosen, all entrants will be notified.
